Our disposable medical gowns and drapes have been classified as Level 3 per the Association for the Advancement of Medical Instrumentation (AAMI)'s PB70 standard-- "Liquid barrier performance and classification of protective apparel and drapes intended for use in health care facilities." Testing was performed at Miller Nelson Analytic, LLC., an industry leader in private laboratory testing.
Our medical gowns and drapes also pass and exceed ASTM F1670. This test method is used to evaluate the resistance of materials used in protective clothing to penetration by synthetic blood under conditions of continuous liquid contact.
Our chemical-blocking fabric, ChemBlock, has successfully been tested against ASTM F903-96 and ASTM F739-99A. Both of these important standards are benchmarks of protective testing. Testing was performed at Miller Nelson Analytic, LLC.
ChemBlock is currently in-process for testing at Edgewood Chemical Biological Center (ECBC) against the National Fire Protection Association's (NFPA) Class 2 and Class 3 protective ensemble standards.
